Most people go through their entire lives thinking that having a different and better life isn’t possible. They deal day to day with health challenges, emotional challenges and financial challenges and feel that their current situation is the best that they can have and that they just “are who they are” and are stuck with what they have.

I know that if you’re reading this page, you’re already searching for solutions and ways to improve your life. The question is…has what you’ve been doing so far been working? Do you have everything you want in your life? And most importantly, do you even BELIEVE that having anything you want in life is possible?

Well I’m here to tell you something that I know to be true from the core of who I am because it’s been the case in my own life and in the lives of others around me. Contrary to what most people think…

Overcoming emotional and physical challenges doesn’t have to be so hard!

Now if your life isn’t the way you want it to be and you’ve been trying to change, that comment may push some buttons for you. And in the past it would have done the same for me…up until the day that I learned about Tapping, which changed my life and opened the door to a myriad of other powerful techniques that take healing and personal growth to a whole new level.

You see, there’s a reason why experts like Dr. Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Jack Canfield, Kris Carr, Bob Proctor, Cheryl Richardson, Bruce Lipton, Joe Vitale, Dr. Joseph Mercola and so many others have come out in support of Energy Psychology…and it’s simply because it works.

In my practice, Healing for Good, I specialize in quick, yet profound changes that move the client from problems and physical symptoms into solutions and success. Using a light-hearted approach, I bring together physical, mental, emotional and spiritual principles and techniques to help you feel safe and supported, while clearing issues that are keeping you from being your best self, and having your greatest life.

My Approach

I’m all about pulling the weeds of the past, and planting the seeds for a happy future!

 Just like weeds can choke out what we’ve planted in a garden if we don’t create a fertile area first, all of us have things from our past that may be blocking our personal growth and happiness. I call this pulling the weeds, because the Energy Psychology work that I do with clients focuses on clearing out the underlying issues, i.e., old baggage, negative emotions, traumas, that are creating whatever their presenting problem may be. This allows healing to take place in all four body systems (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual), and creates an ideal environment to plant the seeds of the life they’d like to create.

Energy Psychology (EP) is a collection of mind-body stress reduction techniques that use principles of Eastern Medicine while acknowledging the distress caused by the issue at hand (this can include pain, fear, excessive worry, allergies, the inability to heal or recover from injury, and many other issues).  This serves to release negative emotional patterns and energy blocks stuck in the body, and helps to trigger the body’s powerful self-healing abilities.

Research and case studies show that clients are no longer triggered by unresolved stressful or traumatic events from the past and often experience an increased sense of vitality and well-being. Additionally, the positive effects experienced in one area tend to generalize to other areas of life.


One of the most important aspects of the work I do, is helping others determine what they want.  It seems that we all should know what that might be, be we can get so caught up in our lives that it’s easy to lost sight of our hopes and dreams.  Since we’ve cleaned up many blocks (weeds), this leaves a vacuum of sorts…. an open area for seeds to be planted. One of the first things I do, is to anchor in each individual’s ‘happy place’, teaching clients how to access it at any time, creating increased emotional control.  Secondly, we identify and refine what the client’s true desires are, in place of whatever problem may currently be there. As we pull each weed, we plant the seeds for our desired outcomes.

Life coaching is a process of discovery. You discover who you are, your inner gifts, talents, and dreams that may be buried under years of emotional trauma and mental chatter. A traditional life coach is someone who guides you to reach goals and make changes in various areas of your life. An integrative life coach does that AND helps you to heal while empowering you to change your life with coaching tools, techniques, and action plans.

My training has provided me with extended training in the areas of holistic healing, wellness, mental and emotional release work, rewriting strategies, resolving core issues, and releasing limiting beliefs through a proprietary Inside-Out and Outside-In Coaching Model.
